1. Our Services

Pathfinder Scan provides reality capture services including Virtual Tours, As-Built Documentation, and 3D Modeling (Revit & SketchUp). All services are subject to a separate written proposal and agreement. The information on this Site is for general information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through the contact form.
• Upload any files that contain viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

3. Contact Form and Submitted Information

All content on this Site, including text, logos, icons, and images, is the property of Pathfinder Scan and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.Any 3D models, scans, or deliverables we create for you remain our property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathfinder Scan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service (if any).

The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
